The year is 1998, and Voldemort has fallen. Now free from the tyranny of the Dark Lord and his Ministry, Muggleborns are beginning to come out of hiding, and everyone is tentatively hopeful that peace will return. However, as the Wizarding world has learned, silence does not always mean that there is no threat, and something is brewing beneath the surface. A student at Hogwarts is gathering the ramshackle remains of Voldemort's followers and sympathizers, and turning their hatred and anger at defeat into fire for her own cause with help from a confidante outside of the school's walls. Her cause isn't about blood purity, no, but is about saving wizard kind from the dangers of muggles. Harry Potter and his friends have stepped out of public eye, wishing to return as life as they knew it before they became war heroes, and it is not they who must defeat the coming darkness. Everyone bears the scars of the Second Wizarding War, but they may not have time to heal before the world is once again thrown into chaos.
