It has been eight years since Voldemort's defeat, and all has been quiet. The world has been in repair, moving on from the horror of his rule. The group responsible has long since been exonerated of their crimes from their Death Eater days, and everyone is starting to move forward. Everyone, that is, except the Death Eaters that fled persecution. The past few months have been plagued with random acts of violence, rogue Death Eaters making society aware that they haven't forgotten the old ways, and that they are still very much loyal to their fallen Master. Without a leader, the attacks have no pattern, no flow. No one can predict where they will strike next, who they will control, or who the next victim will be. Those who thought it was rough while Voldemort was in power now realize that, without organization or someone to answer to, the Death Eaters are even more dangerous than ever.
