Not sure on what counselors should be, but I do think that they should all have different names.

If those are the three we're going with ( and I love them all) I suggest switching the psychiatrist and therapist titles, only because I have always equated Healer with Doctor and Psychiatrist, in the real worl, have MDs so Healer=Doctor, Mind Healer=Psychiatrist.
